Since all our products are "Handmade To Order" we do not accept returns. If there is any problem with your order, then please send us an email at sales@neodesigner.net and we will be happy to look into it for you.

Exchanges may be permitted on a case by case basis for certain products that are not Used, Washed, Ironed, Altered or Damaged.
