We currently ship merchandise using Canada Post
For larger packages we also may use Ground or Courier Services.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping of Pillow Insert / Pillow Form:

All pillow inserts are typically shipped within 3-5 business days via Canada Post regular parcel post, unless otherwise requested. If you have placed orders for Pillow Covers with us then shipping will be adjusted and calculated to ship along with your complete order.

International Orders:

Please note that international packages will be labeled as merchandise with the total value of the order (not including shipping) stated in the value. We will not mark international packages as a gift- it is illegal to do so. We are not responsible for any taxes/import/handling fees that may be charged by customs in your country.
